Charlene @ LeafBlowerGutters.com on How to Clean Your Gutters

Hi, I’m Charlene Garrett. I created LeafBlowerGutters.com when I finally figured out how to get leaves out of my gutters without climbing on the roof. On this site, I explain how to clean your gutters while staying planted on the ground. Plus, you can save time and money once you get the hang of it!

How to Clean Your Gutters… the Cheaper, Safer Way

Gutters typically come with home ownership, and you can easily forget about them until there’s a problem. Downspout clogs and gutter overflows can turn into a real hassle, especially when you have to deal with them during a torrential downpour.

However, you can easily (and affordably) prevent these headaches with simple gadgets and cleaning techniques. Plus, you don’t have to climb on the roof.

So, if you’re considering installing a whole new gutter system for $1,000’s of dollars, you may want to consider your options. Gutter cleaning just because a lot easier, faster and safer with gutter blowers.

Roof Gutter Cleaning Made Easy (My Story):

I used to climb up on my roof with the leaf blower. Keep in mind that I’m a woman who is afraid of heights. This was not a chore I looked forward to, to say the least.

I liked how efficiently a blower worked to get leaves off the roof. However, I didn’t like crawling around the roof or climbing up a ladder.

When I learned how to make your own extension tube that connected to a leaf blower, I thought it was genius. But I quickly found out that a powerful air flow combined with a long extension had its own challenges. You have to control it!

So, after researching a bunch of different devices and gadgets, I discovered what worked best. That is, with the least amount of effort and best leaf removal results.

The gutter cleaning attachments on this site may look stupidly simple, but don’t be deceived. That is why they work so well. (And don’t forget to protect your downspouts!)

Let me know if you have questions about cleaning gutters or downspouts. I’d be happy to help!
